  • Is there an order minimum for delivery?
    Yes, there is a 2 bottle minimum for delivery. If you just want one bottle, feel free to visit the Good Wine Store (327 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215) or Fermented Grapes (651 Vanderbilt Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11238).
  • What is the delivery fee?
    $5 for local delivery (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx). Anywhere outside of these areas, your wine will be shipped with a $12 shipping fee plus any additional fees.
  • When will I receive my order?
    You will receive your order 4-7 business days of ordering. If you purchase an in-store wine, it will be ready the same or next business day (please call to confirm for same day pick up).
  • Does an adult have to be present when the wine is delivered?
    Yes, someone 21 or older has to be present with a valid ID.
  • Is there an order minimum for merchandise?
    Everything is made to order. It will ship in 4-7 business days.
  • Do you provide discounts?
    Yes, if you buy 5 or more wines, you will receive a 10% discount.
  • When does the monthly wine list drop?
    It will be released the beginning and middle of each month. Join the wine club to be get the list as soon as it comes out!
  • Do you ship to all 50 states?
    We ship to Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming. $30 shipping fee for under 6 bottles $58 shipping fee for 6-12 bottles
  • Is there a membership fee to join the wine club?
    The wine club is free! Join us to stay up to date on our top wine picks, exclusive events and more!
  • How do I join the wine club?
    Fill out the form under the "Wine Club" tab and you are in!
